What is the purpose of this retreat?
This retreat will offer clear and practical guidance on how to experience and cultivate the energy body using principles of Kundalini Maha Yoga. It serves to bridge the gap between the widespread physical practice of yoga asanas and the lesser known but deeply spiritual practices of the energy body.
You will have the opportunity to revisit (or perhaps learn for the first time) the spiritual mechanics of Yoga, to learn about your subtle energy body and become more aware of it. By learning to work with the subtle energy body you have greater ability to work with your spiritual power and intelligence.
As you awaken this deeper connection in yourself, we will explore together how it can be utilized in service, to support the greater spiritual awakening of your students and communities.
Who is this retreat for?
This workshop is for yoga teachers who want to continue to grow their spiritual consciousness and learn useful skills to support their students in doing the same. It is for those who appreciate that being yoga teacher is not only about helping to improve the physical condition and wellness of their students, but also to facilitate spiritual learning and transformation.
We will explore deeper spiritual concepts of Yoga and how to take meaningful steps from the current physical practice into the spiritual dimension of experience.
